This post is about a free printable of a Heart Patterns valentine’s day printable activity.
Recently, I have been finding the creation of printables to be enjoyable. For this reason, I am back with yet another free printable for you to enjoy with your little one.
For me, creating content and printables that can help other parents create memories with their little ones feels like such a great way to provide value to others at no cost.
With this free printable, you will be able to provide your little one an activity that is easy and straightforward that they’ll be able to accomplish fairly easy, should it be given to the child when age-appropriate.
This valentine’s day printable activity can also be done for kids 2-5 years old.
This free printable does require a little prep, depending on how you’d like to present the activity to the child.
For example, you can print the first 2 pages of this free printable as they are. For the third page, you can cut the squares and put them in a small bowl.
From the bowl, the child can grab the heart that is next in the pattern presented.
Another way to present this activity is to cut out each pattern into a strip.
As seen in the preview image below, each page comes with 5 different patterns. You can cut each pattern into a strip and the child can do one pattern at a time randomly.
This method allows for this valentine’s day printable activity to not become predictable for the child, as they will get a different pattern every time they reach for one strip.
